Thanks to everyone I have worked with at John Blake Publishing down the years. Particularly to Lucian Randall, Rosie Virgo, Stuart Robertson, Allie Collins, Amy McCulloch, Joanna Kennedy, Diana Colbert and – of course – John himself.
I am grateful to all my friends, family and to everyone who has bought any of my books. Thanks to Chris for everything.
It has been a fascinating honour to follow and document Amy’s life over the past four years. She is so missed. May her mourners be comforted.
